Bunbury Meat Industry Forum unites stakeholders to tackle workforce challenges
The Bunbury Meat Industry Skills Forum brought together 33 stakeholders from across industry, training, and government to discuss workforce challenges, future skills, and the importance of food security. Hosted by FFTITC, the forum explored practical solutions to strengthen recruitment, training, and retention across WA’s meat industry, while taking a cautiously optimistic view of how emerging technologies could enhance productivity, safety, and long-term sustainability in this essential sector.
