Then try a Traineeship. You get an agreed training plan, with clear objectives and an industry competent trainer to work with you and your staff. And there are State and Federal Government financial incentives for employing Trainees.
Traineeships are much the same as Apprenticeships, although they tend to cover newer types of jobs. Traineeships are employment-based training arrangements that combine real work with off the job training. Much of this training is conducted in the workplace. They particularly suit new workers and make your business more attractive to potential workers.

Traineeships require a skilled workplace supervisor who can provide on the job training. The supervisor doesn't have to be qualified but they do need to be reasonably experienced.
Upon successful completion, the trainee obtains a nationally recognised qualification. A Traineeship can be undertaken full-time or part-time, and in many cases by school students. Traineeships cannot be done on a casual basis. Trainees need to be employed under the relevant industrial Award or agreement.
There are hundreds of Traineeships available - contact us for more information.
