We are hosting several Skills Advisory Network meetings in September and October and would like to invite you to attend.

 

Input from our Skills Advisory Network provides an opportunity for the food, fibre, and timber industries to influence decision making at the highest level of government on matters of training and workforce development.   To learn more about our network please click here.

 

AgriSkills Forum will be held at the WA College of Agriculture – Cunderdin on Monday, 15 September 2025.

Building on the discussions from the AgriSkills Roundtable in February, this follow-up forum will explore the key issues and opportunities identified by stakeholders to ensure a skilled, adaptable workforce for the future of agriculture.

Green Skills Network Meeting Friday 3 October, 10 am.

Meeting focus will be seeking support for the development and delivery of a school-based traineeship in Green Skills and Landscape Horticulture—a critical initiative to address workforce shortages in turf management, landscaping, nursery operations, arboriculture, gardening, and irrigation.
