Western Australian Training Awards: Meet the winners
The WA Training Awards held its finals, last Friday evening. The awards recognise excellence and the outstanding achievements of students, apprentices and trainees, practitioners and training providers, organisations and employers. The FFTITC would like to like to congratulate all the winners – but would like to particularly congratulate:
Lewis Italiano, WA Apprentice of the Year. Lewis completed a Certificate III in Cabinetmaking and Timber Technology Trained at: South Regional TAFE And is employed at Studio Milton.
The Department of Justice, Large Employer of the Year. The Department of Justice has a strong commitment to staff training as well as their prisoner employment training program, supporting people in their care to achieve qualifications in many areas under FFTITC’s remit including, horticulture, agriculture, laundry operations, dairy production.
